If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund on the purchase price within 30 days. We will gladly exchange or refund. All requests for refunds and returns must be made within 30 days of your purchase date. Customers are responsible for shipping any returned product back to us unless you received the wrong item or just wish to exchange

Return Checklist:

• Items being returned must be unopened, in original packaging or less than 30% used to qualify for a refund.
• Pack the item(s) securely in the package along with order number or the original packing slip.
• All return shipping postage costs must be paid by the customer.
• We recommend using UPS, FedEx or USPS to ship your returned product(s) back to us. 

Please email support@mviraly.com to request our return address. Once returned, a full refund excluding the shipping charge will be processed. At this time, we do not provide return labels.
